Contingent Events provides professional investigation services across a range of matters including but not limited to:

Based on your requirements, we can undertake the following with respect to our investigative services:

• Liaise with your instructing solicitors and/or internal or external counsel
• Assist in obtaining evidence before or after filing of a Statement of Claim
• Assist in obtaining crucial and timely evidence for court orders, such as Mareeva Injunctions and/or Anton Piller Orders
• Prepare a Brief of Evidence to be used in proceedings
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies Identify, secure, examine and analyse evidence
• Identify and interview witnesses to record detailed statements
• Provide a brief to management on an investigation initial assessment
• Develop an investigation plan/strategy to commence or continue an investigation
